Frequently asked questions
Is advance payment always a scam?
No, but for unknown sellers it is the biggest risk. Prefer cash on delivery or a payment method that can be disputed.
The store sent a fake product instead of nothing. Is that still a scam?
Yes. Counterfeit or wrong items are a common version of this scam. Keep the item, packaging and receipts as evidence.
