I have posted ads multiple times on OLX, and each time, I began receiving frequent calls from OLX representatives offering to feature my ads. After several such calls, I eventually agreed to a featured ad package offered by an OLX representative named Hadiya. I opted for a one-week ad at a cost of Rs. 2,050, with her assurance that the product would be sold within this period. However, after I made the payment and my ad was featured, she stopped following up entirely despite having been in constant contact beforehand. Unfortunately, my product remained unsold. Later, I reposted the ad on OLX and experienced a similar situation. Another representative contacted me, again promising a guaranteed sale and urging me to opt for the featured service. I agreed and paid Rs. 2,050 for a one-week ad. Soon after, she insisted I pay an additional Rs. 1,300, stating that the Rs. 2,050 package carried no guarantee, but a total of Rs. 3,350 would ensure a confirmed sale. I paid the additional amount, but once again, I received no response, and the representative stopped communicating. Committments are attached for reference. Contact details are also mentioned below.
