Scam Alert please guys help me to report this instgram thrift Page @faisalkathrift

I'm really into branded and high-quality clothes, but as a salaried middle-class person, I can't afford them, so I fulfill my passion through thrifting. I purchased 3 t-shirts from this page, but what I received was surprising and miserable. They post pictures so professionally, taking close-up shots of brand tags and editing them with AI to hide the actual condition because they are scammers. What I ordered and what I got was of such poor quality that I can't even describe it. They charge a good amount for a single t-shirt. I'll attach pictures for proof. The shirt size mentioned was inaccurate; it was actually second quality. The quality was so bad that the t-shirt had holes in it, like the kind of shirt we use for dusting at home, and it had weird stains on it. Anyway, I complained on their page and to the WhatsApp number 03185413399 they provided. They told me to return the parcel, and I felt a bit relieved thinking I could get my money back after returning the item. But I was wrong! After I dispatched it, which cost me as well, they blocked me on WhatsApp and Instagram. Now I don't know what to do; my single report won't stop these scammers, and who knows how many more people they're scamming. Please guys, help me report this scammer. The items I bought and returned are still posted for sale on this page, and they have relisted them after blocking me despite me already paying for them.
