Trax rider threatened to rape me

Description

Trax’s area manager called me and confirmed that the rider, Amir Farooq Majid, was the same person who had contacted and threatened me from the 0347 number. He apologized and said they would take action internally. I told him I wanted to file an FIR and wanted the rider removed from customer-facing duties. He assured me that my parcel would be delivered by someone else and that the rider would be placed under monitoring instead of dealing directly with customers. The rider was identified as: Amir Farooq Majid +92 312 6939909 0347 1608408 However, Trax customer service later told me that the 0347-1608408 number was not registered in their system, which raises questions about the rider’s identity and how the number was being used. Sharing this update for documentation and transparency.
