Scam website

Description

I ordered a jacket from London Bridge. I did advance payment through my bank account. When I received my parcel it was very bad quality. Totally different from whatever they are advertising in website pictures. However, I returned the jacket on 16 January 2026. And was supposed to receive my refund within 8 working days. But still no reply, no response from this brand or whatever we call it. They don't reply and don't even see our messages. No response. I just want my payment back.
