⚠️ Beware of Foodpanda’s Refund Scam ⚠️
In this group several people have already posted about issues with foodpanda's refund policy I want to share a very disappointing experience with foodpanda. It's been about a month since I requested a refund due to an issue with my order. Every time I contacted their support, they kept saying "your refund will be processed within 10 working days." I believed them once, twice, and even the third time. But till now, no refund has been issued. Just repeated false promises and delays. This isn't just poor customer service this is fraud. Holding onto a customer’s money for over a month without any accountability is unacceptable.
