Courier Company Scam

We recently faced fraudulent activity from trax courier company. Is there anybody else who experience the same with trax ? Trax is online courier company which provide cod services. We consumed their services from last year along with blueX, leopard and tcs. They delivered our parcels as cod and provide payment to us. We created booking and check status from trax portal and trax representator will disbursed payment into our account. Their portal is down from last few days and they said the maintenance activity occurring at their end. Also payment was stuck due to system maintenance. But now both representative mobile switched off and trax helpline said they are no longer our employees. Can someone please guide / help us ? Does anyone know someone who can help us to recover our funds.
