Scarfs Scam

@scarfsnscarfs I placed an order for 2 hijaabs on August 2. One has the same color but poor quality, however, color was same, and thats fine to me. The other has a totally different color as shown here in the pictures. I was a bit reluctant shopping from them, therefore, I texted them and enquired of the shades before ordering. The representative told me it would be the same shades, but it was not the case. They have a pathetic customer service, its been days I have been asking them of refund or exchange with the remaining options. The website showed the items to be in stock (when I asked for an exchange) but the unprofessional representative told me that whatever option I came up with was not in stock, even though it showed in stock on the website first. Now, finally I asked for a mutually agreed In Stock option, he is not showing me the color of the item as last time they totally deceived with the shades. I have warned them several times but they are scammers and paying no attention to the concerns of a customer. I need them to show the real shade of the hijaab and if its the right shade, deliver to me asap. Or simply send my money back and get it picked up by themselves as it is their impotence and incompetence. Pls admin approve my post
