I am a former client of KORUU CONSULTANTS. They took 400,000 PKR from me in the name of U.S. immigration. I had a strong profile, but despite that, my case was handled so poorly that it was ultimately denied. I am not the only one many people I personally know also had their applications rejected because of them. Now, they are selling new “dream packages” for Australia and Ireland and again making misleading promises to people. They have collected crores of rupees from thousands of clients, but the actual results they have delivered do not seem proportional to the amount of money they have taken. My simple questions are: Who monitors such companies in Pakistan? Do they pay proper taxes on their massive earnings? Has any authority ever audited them to see how many people they have actually sent abroad versus how much money they have collected?
