We contacted Sial Holidays for a Schengen visa through a so-called group tour. The owner, Nadia, charged PKR 120,000 and assured us that our profiles were strong and that she would manage everything. Later, we discovered that there was no group tour to Europe for New Year at all. After taking full payment, she kept delaying for 2–3 months, repeatedly saying that visa appointments were not available. When we finally pushed, she arranged an appointment but delivered our documents just one day before. At that point, we found: -Multiple required documents were missing -The application was filled incorrectly -Even my gender was written wrong (male written as female) -Because of her negligence, we had to rush and fix everything ourselves at the last moment. Her staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Whenever we asked for help, they simply said: “Yeh aap khud Nadia se poochain.” Our visa appointment was on 11th November. On 12th November, our visa was rejected, and our passport was returned by VFS Global the same day. After this: Nadia stopped responding for 1–2 weeks Later, she gave excuses like being busy, out of station, or phone issues She claimed she had filed an appeal directly with the Swiss Embassy and told us to wait 6 weeks It has now been 2.5 months, and she has completely disappeared. No replies to calls or messages—from me or my wife. We have all receipts, payment proofs, and screenshots of our communication. ⚠️Our honest advice⚠️ Please avoid Sial Holidays. They take money first, make false promises, delay everything, and then stop responding completely. They beg for the money first and than they disappered. Save yourself the stress, loss, and disappointment. 🙏🏻
