I purchased a dress from her after she assured me it was brand new and unworn. However, upon receiving it, I discovered: 1. Poor Condition: The dress smelled bad, had a blackish collar, and showed clear signs of being worn. 2. Stitching Issues: The dress was re-stitched with mismatched thread, proving it wasn’t new. When I told her initially she denied and later on agreed that while trying it got damaged and she restitched and she mentioned it was tight and long from sleeves although this dress was restitched from chest and hips area she is totally liar and use to do fake posting about others! 3. Unsuitable Style: The trouser design was completely inappropriate for my mother, despite me mentioning this beforehand. When I complained, she initially said I could return it, but refused to share her return address. After contacting the number on the package, a person named Umer gave me excuses about a factory. She later messaged me, claiming she didn’t have the cash for a refund and made excuses about being at a wedding. Now, she has stopped responding completely. This behavior is fraudulent and unethical. Avoid shopping from Zazzy Arts.
