Fraud business

Need Help in Multan – Possible Fraud Case Assalamualaikum everyone, I really need help. A lady in Multan is apparently running a business. My aunt placed an order with her in September. As per her policy, she demanded full/advance payment, which my aunt transferred (I have the transaction proof). She promised to deliver the order on 16th January, but now she is not responding to calls or messages at all. I am currently in Karachi, so I cannot go there myself. If anyone in Multan can please help by visiting her shop/home or guiding us on what to do next, it would mean a lot. This is someone else’s hard-earned money and this behavior is not acceptable.
